So, I got one of my nursing magazines in the mail, and I'm flipping through, and see them talking about these new Prada scrub tops that are $450!
So, after reading a little, I decide to go online and see what these are all about - if these scrub tops are laced with gold, or come with a gardener or a maid, or what kind of perk makes them worth that much money, and THIS is what I find....

Who in the H-E-Double-Hockey-Sticks needs an UGLY $450 scrub top?!?!
Sorry. Just a little moment of confusion, wanted to share. :D
Geeezzz, guys & gals ... :smackingfI'm no fashionista, but these ARE NOT SCRUBS. They are a "trendhunter" pick for upcoming fashion -- couture inspired by scrubs. No one thinks you're going to buy this to wear to a job where actual scrubs are appropriate.
Okay. But its still RIDICULOUS and is worthy of making fun of.
I mean... look at them!!!!

I don't think anybody here takes them seriously at all :)
That went from ugly to stupid :)
I burst out laughing when I clicked on that link! Wow.... They're not just expensive scrubs, they're UGLY expensive scrubs. Like, I can find tops that look nicer (and cover your abdomen) at Walmart for $15.
*EDIT to add*
Thank you for this thread! After a stressful day, the uncontrollable, recurrent laughter these images have caused me has been a great way to decompress. =) Now back to the books!

I think for me the funny thing about this, as someone who does wear scrubs, is that anyone would pay good money to actually wear them in a non-medical setting and think that they are making a fashion statement. I guess there's a sucker born every minute.
