Haha I love that video!! Mine is at 8am . I'm usually not too nervous but I butchered my interview last time. And wow hopefully they end up hiring more than 40!!!

What time is your interview??

1:30pm. I am a nervous wreck!! Good luck to us! I hope we are one of the lucky 40. Theres a facebook post about Scripps interview, so far everyone says the panel is really nice and the interview is fun. We shall see........... :nailbiting:

I wish I had some good advice for you guys, but I don't even know how I did! Really I would just say be confident.

Linds_12 If you don't mind my asking, how did you butcher your last interview? I'm sure you'll do well this time already knowing what to expect!

It'd be awesome if we all make it into that top 40.. the waiting is just killing me right now :/

We'll...I didn't bring a portfolio, I stumbled a lot with my responses and said um a lot, I didn't really bring up their values or mission statement, and I only asked like one question at the end. They threw me off cuz they didn't know much about the program so they said to ask the person who checked us in. And by that point I already knew I didn't do well that I didn't/couldn't think of other questions to ask. I was just not very confident and when I messed up a question early it was hard to recover. Hopefully this time I will be more prepared and relaxed. It's hard when you want something so bad. But everything happens for a reason!!

Finished my interview this morning. I agree, all of the managers were kind and encouraging. I asked on the way out and the HR person said they would be contacting each applicant in the next two weeks (I would imagine it will be near the end of this window). Scripps will be calling to offer positions and emailing if a rejection is in order. Man your phones all! I'm sure we'll all be offered positions :)

It is terrifying! I get extremely nervous and babble on and on so I've been talking to myself like a crazy person in the car pretending i'm answering interview questions hahahah. I really don't know what they'll ask though and there are soooo many questions that could be possibilities. But I'm glad no one has said they've had a bad interview so far...

Did everyone bring portfolios to this interview?

Linds_12 I think you'll nail it this time!

I brought a portfolio. They have so many papers on their table that I think that's all you really need to have! A couple of the managers looked at mine so it was good to have.

I had mine today too. I was with 4 managers. Same as you but with Chula Vista as well.

I have no idea how it went. I feel okay about how I did, but I don't know. I couldn't tell if the managers were receptive.

How do you think you did, Cali-girlxoxo? I hope your interview went well!

le sigh! I don't have a portfolio but I printed out a cover letter, resume, letters of rec, and certifications and put them in a report folder for each manager.. I hope this is enough because I'm about to drive to SD now! ahhhhhhh *stressed* :banghead:

I was so nervous as well and very stressed! I feel like I am on the fence with if my interview went well or not. I felt like I wasn't getting very many nods or gestures as I would have liked and I feel like I could have done better. I also had 3 managers at my table with one being from DEU. I will be hoping and praying!

I think my interview went well but so glad its over! I interviewed with a panel of 4. Hopefully at least one of them liked me! :) I think last time around they started making calls after about a week with the final calls for alternates and the no thank you emails the second week. Super antsy waiting! Good luck to everyone that interviewed!
