WOOT!!WOOT!!
According to Ohio BON, I now hold active licensure...it's too cool!! I love it, never thought the day would come. I faced the beast....and it wasn't too bad!! I scratched the beast behind the ear, gave it a cookie and sent it on it's way.
:Melody:  :Melody:
Let the celebration begin!!

Sweet. Isn't it?

Well, I'll tell you, while you're stirring the batter, you have to chant
"I am meant to be a nurse. I am a good nurse. I got through school and I did plenty of review. I have critical thinking skills, and I can put myself in the shoes of the nurse in the question. I will know in my gut what the right answer is, and the computer will stop at 75."
Then I put a bundle of ConfidenceCookies in my pocket and dolled them out as necessary.
I'd like to tell everyone that the test is mostly comon sense mixed with nurse intuition. A lot of the questions, i didn't know why the answer would be right, but I knew for that patient that s/s should be addressed. my test was all priority priority priority. I couldn't tell the 'hard' questions from the 'easy' ones. I figured i must have stayed right at the line, my best friend on the other hand, said she got about 25 meds, and they were all ones she had never heard of. she tends to freak out, but she's the smartest girl i know, so i wonder if these were the 'upper level' q's.
anyhoo, it's over. feel free to ask me any questions....i know the anxiety is setting in for a lot of you, i was there less than a week ago....
