21 SATA questions on my NCLEX!

Out of 75 questions, 21 were SATA... Ive never heard of someone getting so many. Is that even allowed??? A friend recomended that I contact the nursing board, and Im pretty anxious since I had so much difficulty with those types of questions during my studies.

I just finished the NCLEX. It shut off at 75 and over 85% of my questions were SATA. I had one math problem, maybe 10 or less multiple choice. I, too, am scared and really hoping that the SATA were a good sign.

I honestly don't know bc i just took mine's yesterday and I got 105-115 not sure where it stopped exactly I stopped looking after awhile. However, I got about 20 SATA which I thought was crazy because those are sooo hard. I hear that's a good sometimes then others say it doesn't mean anything...I guess I shall see soon. Wish me luck though!

actually, i would take that as a good thing....it means that you are doing really, really well. i only had 8 or 9 and passed. you must be a genius if you had 21!!

thanks god and this site i passed 75qs, not hurry in reading qs even in obvious correct answers still read again and again and reworded, took almost 3hrs including break, pray a lot even in every click of the mouse until qs getting harder and harder and 20more or less sata, 20 more or less drugs (only 6drugs i've got correct after looking my books) i just applied suffixes and prefixes, prioritization, delegation, no math, infection control, communication, caring.....on hardest qs i applied kaplan strategy..... thanks to alee70 for kaplan and cspink.....for informing the "spiderman" mneumonics, nothing is impossible in him, im a foreign graduate april, 2008 did not passed our board after 7weeks graduation. nclex passed 1 time only. god is helping me! :yeah:.... i owe him a lot!

My guess is the majority of your sata question were try out or test questions, those are questions that they try out that may become test questions. These do not count against our score, but do scare that heck out of you.
