Hello all!

I am applying for the Fall 2018 ADN program at SRjc - I'm just wondering if anyone else here has applied and what your stats were when you applied?

Looking forward to hearing from you guys!

Hi! I got my application in last week. I'm super excited, but the amount of time we have to wait to hear back is gonna be painful. I also applied to COM, and will be applying to Napa as well

Hi Lex83!

Same here, I am really hoping to get in SRJC is my first choice. I also applied to SSU sand will apply to Napa when their application period is available.

Do you mind me asking what you applied to SRJC with? What was your TEAS score and overall GPA?

I am super nervous about getting in but am hoping for the best!

Good luck!!!

Eh, scores chores smores... we all worked our butts off to get to this point. 😃 I felt like throwing a party the min I was finally able to turn my application in, I can't think about all the scores and stats right now, it's too stressful but I will tell you my counselor in the beginning of this journey told me to get a's and b's in the prereqs, and if you pulled off an a in English then that was a super bonus. The ADN program manual says it accepts c's so their good too. TEAS doesn't matter at this point, that comes into play down the road ,and all you have to pull off is a 62%, which I think is pretty low compared to some of the other schools.

Oh yeah all my preqs are a's I only have two b's and passed the teas on the first try. I don't speak to a counselor so that makes me feel better! Good luck to you!!!!

"Eh, scores chores smores... we all worked our butts off to get to this point."

So true, thanks for posting this!

Eh, scores chores smores

Agreed.

The desire for comparison is a fool's game... especially when followed by, "all my preqs are a's"

Does anybody else stalk their email 12 + times a day? Trying to be patient but the suspense is killing me 😬

ususally you wont hear back until June 1st

I don't think knowing anyone's "stats" helps in anyway. As long as you make the chancellors formula that's all that matters. If you have a 3.0 overall gpa or a 4.0 gpa the odds of being picked are the same for either.

Congratulations to all who finished their prereqs and were able to apply!! It's not an easy task and I know we all worked our buns off! Fingers crossed we all get into the schools we want!

I loved what you said! "Eh, scores chores s'mores"

I totally stalk my email!!!
