San Jacinto College ADN Fall 2011

Just wanted to start a thread for the Fall 2011 SJC applicants to the ADN Program. I am eagerly awaiting the application period. Have any of you applied to other schools nearby?

how do u guys know your transcripts were pulled out by nursing department??????

Kathleen, on SOS where it says request transcripts or something like that there's a link that says see status of transcript and it shows a drop down of dates and it will say nursing department or something like that

So we really have to wait until Monday now? I tried calling but I went to voicemail, just yesterday 3 people were told Friday .... did they just send another email to you're initial email or did you rewrite to them?

I will stop back in either tomorrow or Thursdayto the nursing office and check again. I'll probably wait until Thursday, just to be on the safe side. I will post up when I have a reponse. I am HOPING for Friday :)

It so much later than previous semesters initial letters went out already. There's a lot to do before school starts, wonder what's. Taking longer this time? Not enough passings hesi's?

im sure hoping thats whats going on...means i shouldnt have a problem :) ill be on campus tomorrow so i may go by the nursing dept and see what they tell me. Ill let you guys know!

The admin office person for the nursing office replied to my email that I sent asking about what day letters will be going out and her response was still Friday after 5pm. Although she did stress that it was tentative.

I sent two emails out on the same day to two different people. The first response I got said Friday after 5, and the second (from a different person) said to start checking emails on Monday. My transcripts were also pulled by nursing department on June 29th... I really hope this means that we are being considered!!! :)

Mine were sent on the June 2nd. That seems really early compared to you guys :/ well now I'm worried

I wouldnt worruy about it. I am sure it just means that the nursing dept got your app before the others and they pulled the transcripts as they recieved the apps. Mine was pulled June 15th.

Guess we will all find out ibn a couple of days...I am positive that the emails will go out Friday evening :) Just a feeling I have....
