Hi everyone. Im wondering if any of you are planning on applying to San Jac ADN program or are in the program?
Lets talk about it here
Yeah, if you were planning on working, the first semester is when they tell you it's easiest, but we've been inundated with work from the first week, so I really don't see how it's feasible.
I would definitely try very hard to get Mr. Westmoreland since you want to try and take classes at Central. He made class very enjoyable and he's recommended by everyone who has taken that class with him.
I wish I could help you with the math stuff but I'm working on 13. And watching Iron Man. Mostly Iron Man : D
They should not have used the broken beds either.Math for Meds help!!! Can someone explain # 19, 20 and 29 from Ch 15?
And there's no point system here. You are accepted based on your GPA or your SAT or ACT scores. I don't see how someone could work even during the first semester.
Glad the weather sucks outside since we have so much homework to do.
19. 41.5/2.2=18.9x40=756mg/day 40 is max dosage for child and question says severe.
20. daily dosage of 756mg and divide by 3 dosages (every 8 hours=3 dosages)...it comes to 252 mg but answer
in book says 250 mg. That all I could figure out...close enough! I am going to ask about that one
on Monday unless someone knows!
29. change # 28 to grams which would give you 18-27 grams then divide by 6 because every 4 hours would be 6
times daily.....which gives you 3-4.5g/dose.
Hope this helps! It is confusing as hell!
Also, I just asked someone else in my class to make sure I was not hearing things....Mrs. ***** told us that we will have 65 questions (10 being Med. Term, Chapter 1) AND a 10 question, 30 minute math test over Ch 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 immediately following the lecture test. I hope that I am wrong!!!!
