So...Now im starting to get nervous. I have a question. To those of you who have already turned in applicatons, did your highschool transcripts hae to be in a sealed envelope?

I already applied and didn't have to send in a high school transcript. Maybe that's b/c I'm already going to San Jac??? (not sure)... I'm not sure if you need one if transferring to San Jac... that might be it, but I would guess that it definitely has to be sealed.

I don't think they need your high school transcript since you are already a college student. If you are attending San Jac you are good to go, otherwise just your college transcript. I did turn in my high school transcript a few weeks ago since they failed to enter my SAT score(which isn't great) the first time I enrolled. For my situation, the lady I spoke with said she would take an opened transcript since they had already received an official one, but I managed to find a 9 year old sealed one at home.
Ugh!!! Finals next week... How are you guys doing in your classes??
OMG... I'm soooo sleepy! So far I have an A in A&P II and a C in Micro. My A&P final is tomorrow w/ a lab final on Sun, then Micro on Wed. I'll probably keep the A in A&P and the C in Micro.
Good luck with everything:) I have a tech math final on Monday, and A&P 1 final on tuesday... Im in the same boat as you... A in A&P C in tech. Im taking A&P 2 and micro during the summer, do you have any advice you can give me? Who are your professors?
One of the reasons I have a C in Micro is b/c I always said "A&P is more important than Micro." If you're taking A&P II and Micro during different sessions, that's great, but if you're taking them both in the same summer session, I would just advise you to split the time between them equally. I'm sure if I did that I'd at least have a B in Micro instead of a C. My A&P II prof is Dr. Philip Swartz (at Central) and for Micro it's Christina Jones (at North).
** FYI: If you're a student at the North campus, pray that you don't get Ms. Jones. She is in part the reason for my lack of a better grade. At least 6 or 7 of the students in my class have complained to the head of bio about her, so hopefully she won't rob anyone else of a good education. Just avoid her if you can!
Dr. Swartz is retiring after this semester. He's the best teacher I've ever had at San Jac.
I know.....finals:eek:
I am also talking A&P II and Micro together. Looks like I am going to manage an A in both of them
I am taking Bob McReynolds at Central for both. I don't know if I would recommend him for the summer. There is a ton of material and he doesn't provide a review, but his classes are interesting.
I am going to take some co-reqs in the summer. Have any of u taken Art appreciation or Psych G&D online?
Are you taking Art appreciation for your arts credit? I took American Popular Music for my Arts credit. Not sure what Psych G&D is, but if you're talking about psych or lifespan, it should be fairly easy.
Yeah, I meant lifespan, for some reason I keep calling it growth and development. Just wanted to know if it was harder since I haven't taken any online courses yet.
I did not take lifespan online, it was really interesting though. I took choir for my arts credit. Has anyone taken any PE?
