Hi everyone. Im wondering if any of you are planning on applying to San Jac ADN program or are in the program?
Lets talk about it here
I don't think they need your high school transcript since you are already a college student. If you are attending San Jac you are good to go, otherwise just your college transcript. I did turn in my high school transcript a few weeks ago since they failed to enter my SAT score(which isn't great) the first time I enrolled. For my situation, the lady I spoke with said she would take an opened transcript since they had already received an official one, but I managed to find a 9 year old sealed one at home.
One of the reasons I have a C in Micro is b/c I always said "A&P is more important than Micro." If you're taking A&P II and Micro during different sessions, that's great, but if you're taking them both in the same summer session, I would just advise you to split the time between them equally. I'm sure if I did that I'd at least have a B in Micro instead of a C. My A&P II prof is Dr. Philip Swartz (at Central) and for Micro it's Christina Jones (at North).
** FYI: If you're a student at the North campus, pray that you don't get Ms. Jones. She is in part the reason for my lack of a better grade. At least 6 or 7 of the students in my class have complained to the head of bio about her, so hopefully she won't rob anyone else of a good education. Just avoid her if you can!
Dr. Swartz is retiring after this semester. He's the best teacher I've ever had at San Jac.
I know.....finals:eek:
I am also talking A&P II and Micro together. Looks like I am going to manage an A in both of them
I am taking Bob McReynolds at Central for both. I don't know if I would recommend him for the summer. There is a ton of material and he doesn't provide a review, but his classes are interesting.
I am going to take some co-reqs in the summer. Have any of u taken Art appreciation or Psych G&D online?

nursetobe2012.....yes i applied with option B, had a 3.8 gpa on pre-req and 3.6 overall, so your chances of getting in are pretty high.
