It sure was! I saw a girl running to the building when I parked, so I started running too afraid that they might lock us out for being 1 min late! So much for fitting in the first room haha... I got sent to the 2nd room. Ms. ****** was in our room and answered a lot of questions. She gave us lots of info on how tests will be and where we could get stuck doing our clinicals (anywhere from Med Ctr to Spring or UTMB Galveston - ahhh!). I'm scared & nervous, but super excited. I'm starting to doubt that I'll get in this time around, but it doesn't hurt to try! =)

I went to the science building at about 8:45 to go to open lab for a few minutes. I saw two women that looked lost and asked them if i could help them, they said they were looking for room 121. They were in the wrong building. So they followed me in their car to the health science building. Im nervous, and excited at the same time. By the way for drug testing, you DO NOT need an appointment at DPFC. You can go M-F anytime between 8am and 4pm. Im probably gonna do mine sometime this week.

Hey there! I had last Tuesday off, so I did my drug test that morning and went to turn everything in. Now it's just a waiting game! Every day that goes by, I doubt more and more that I'm going to get in. Ugh...

Dont doubt yourself!!!!!!!!!! :nono: You have to be positive. Why are you doubting yourself so much?

I got my ACT scores back and got a 25 so im thinking i have a chance.

Youve already turned in your app??? Wow! Congrats. Ive done my drug test, background check, got my highschool transcripts and am waiting for the end of the semester so i can request my college transcript.

Hi there. I am also going to try for Fall/08. I am anxious and not sure if I'll get in, but I'm going for it.

I'm going to try with both options A and B. I just took my ACT and have no idea how I did.

My GPA is great but I have a B in my math pre-req soo... :uhoh3:

Good luck everyone, and 25 ACT sounds great, its what I am hoping for.

I'm just nervous that I won't get in b/c my GPA isn't a 4.0 and my ACT score is only a 24. The thought of 500 applicants going for 120 spots is a little intimidating as well. It's okay though. If I don't get in this time, I'll just keep applying 'til they let me in! haha

My GPA is not 4.0 either. I called one day to ask how they looked at applicants with ACT scores. They said that the GPA has to be above 2.5 but they only look at the ACT score.
