Hi everyone. Im wondering if any of you are planning on applying to San Jac ADN program or are in the program?
Lets talk about it here
friendly staff reminder
i am glad everyone is enjoying the site, but please remember that there are rules of this site.....the terms of service......that everyone agrees to upon registration for membership. posting names or initials on the public board is not permitted due to privacy issues.
please refer to the following portion of the terms of service which addresses this.
no potentially libelous information about specific schools, instructors, or health care facilities/entities should be posted in these forums. while it is important to be able to network, everyone should be mindful of the following:
- it is a small world - when we narrow it down to a state and throw in some personal info, there is actually a pretty good chance someone may recognize you if you are not careful. your privacy is paramount to us.
- while allnurses.com is a wonderful place to vent (without excess personally identifiable details) it is not the place to express why ("x" specific person, place or program) is terrible. gripe away, but since we cannot permit allegations to be made about named entities, your care in not naming them is very much appreciated.
- please do not give out personal information about others. do not name names where anyone could identify the person in any facility including your nursing programs.
this is the second reminder. further postings of names/initials may result in closure of this thread.
I am interested in applying to san jac for spring 09. I believe the deadline is Nov. 1st? Anyway, I did all my prereqs at other schools. Will they still accept these? I was a little confused because their website reads as follows:
"Option B: Coursework earned at San Jacinto College. Option B applicants must complete at San Jacinto College ten semester hours as specified below earning a minimum of a B average on the three courses with no grade lower than a C."
Does this mean that the prereqs HAVE to be completed at San Jac? Any info would be very much appreciated.

yeah the volume of the solution is not necessary unless you are trying to find out how long to run the IV over. I knew I was doing it right but double checked anyway. He told me to remind him tomorrow to tell the class that they are wrong so noone does it wrong for the test because some people were just dividing numbers to get the answers.
