I know this is early, but the application period for the fall Sacramento and San Mateo cohort will soon be here! This might be the first thread. Anyway, application deadline isn't until April, but if people could post their past and current GPA's and their HESI test scores so I can get idea of what the pool of applicants is like. It is so hard to tell what a good application is for every application period.
My last 60 units GPA 3.9
Science GPA 3.1 (Maybe 3.5 if I can submit my new chemistry class that ends May 4th -- hopefully with a grade A in May).
HESI scores -- taking in February and in March -- if I have to retake it.

Hopefully today we get the letter of intent issue sorted out- I called IT yesterday and they said they've opened a ticket, and hope to get it resolved today.

Thanks for making the FB group! I was unable to find it though, when I searched "Samuel Merritt ABSN San Mateo Fall 2018" all that came up was the 2017 cohort's page.
Hi guys! If you go to the connect tab in the admissions portal it shows you your SMU email address!! Was accepted to the Sacramento cohort!! So excited to meet everyone!
Hey there, I was able to sign in using the first part of the email as my login, and then the password that I reset yesterday with IT. So your username can't have the "@samuelmerritt.edu". I was able to sign it today, so it worked for me! you should see if maybe it works again, or call IT. They were super helpful and emailed me 5 mins after the call with instructions on resetting password.
hey @jr769941 I was able to get in today finally! Thanks for getting back to me :) I accepted and paid the deposit but nothing has really updated or changed in my portal. Anything on your end? I just want to make sure I did it right. I made the deposit for Fall 2018.
