I know this is early, but the application period for the fall Sacramento and San Mateo cohort will soon be here! This might be the first thread. Anyway, application deadline isn't until April, but if people could post their past and current GPA's and their HESI test scores so I can get idea of what the pool of applicants is like. It is so hard to tell what a good application is for every application period.
My last 60 units GPA 3.9
Science GPA 3.1 (Maybe 3.5 if I can submit my new chemistry class that ends May 4th -- hopefully with a grade A in May).
HESI scores -- taking in February and in March -- if I have to retake it.
Katharine Leyva replied back to me about the login issues and said to "Please try again tomorrow and let me know if it's still not working."
I assume it could just be a time lag for when the user name / password was registered?
I actually got a hold of the IT Service Desk at Samuel Merritt and was informed that we may be missing another part of the letter that has our SMU credentials needed to access SMURF, Total Access, etc. They're working out the issue right now and hopefully we get that missing piece of the puzzle very soon!
I contacted the IT department and they were about to help because I had same problems. We're supposed to use an SMU email, not our personal like the email said. Anyway, they were super helpful and it took like 5 mins
I got in touch with IT also, but they have not resolved my problem. They're saying it might be a glitch in the system and I should receive the email soon but I'm freaking out lol
I am waitlisted #15 for the San Mateo campus. Anyone else in the same boat? Anyone else planning on applying for the Winter 2019 start date, trying to stay positive, I guess January isn't too far after November!
I'm waitlisted #20 for the san mateo campus as well. I was going to call tomorrow to see how fast the wait list moves and what are the chances of getting in based on where we are on the waitlist. I have a feeling we might have to just apply for the next cohort!
I have heard that the waitlist moves fast my friend said she was #8 and people further down the waitlist got into her cohort. However, I assume it depends on the session. I read from last years fall 2017 absn post that ~14 people from the waitlist got accepted. I am #23 and am reapplying for Sacramento. I am thinking I am too far on the waitlist for fall 18.
I am assuming the waitlist number we got is for the cohort we chose not all the cohorts? Is that what you guys thought too?
