I know this is early, but the application period for the fall Sacramento and San Mateo cohort will soon be here! This might be the first thread. Anyway, application deadline isn't until April, but if people could post their past and current GPA's and their HESI test scores so I can get idea of what the pool of applicants is like. It is so hard to tell what a good application is for every application period.
My last 60 units GPA 3.9
Science GPA 3.1 (Maybe 3.5 if I can submit my new chemistry class that ends May 4th -- hopefully with a grade A in May).
HESI scores -- taking in February and in March -- if I have to retake it.

Hi cmalfaro, welcome to the Sacramento cohort! From what I recall, I received an e-mail the next day (or two?) after submitting my Letter of Intent and deposit. The e-mail is basically a laundry list of things to do before orientation (for us, August 6th). Hopefully you get that e-mail soon!
That's what I got in the email. I let her know I'm from the November cohort starting this Fall. Maybe she mistook the cohort with the start date? Also, anyone understand our academic calendar? Does our registration start 7/30-8/3 or 10/1-5??? I'm really confused about our start date.

Hi. I am 16 out of 35 on the wailist for Sacramento. I have not heard back from SMU yet. I know yesterday was the last day for students to accept or decline their SMU admission seat. Has anyone from the waitlist heard back yet????

As far as I could figure out, the last column in the calendar is for the November start (San Mateo) cohort.
If the calendar online is up to date, then this is what our year will look like:
I just found this website and forum and thought I'd say 'yo'. I was accepted to the Fall ABSN program at Sacramento and I'm really excited to get started. I'm a little less excited about the price tag, though. :-o But as this is a second career for me, being done with the program in a single year is really attractive.
I'm still finishing a few prereqs this summer (sociology with FLCC, pathophysiology with UC Berkeley Extension, and physiology with Johns Hopkins), so I still have my hands full.
