Just want to comment, I have posted about my experiences with RUE before. I am stuck with an enormous bill...er....contract. I first found out about RUE while on this site (it was one of the advertisements) and they RUSHED me through the ordering process never once using the word "contract". I am now enrolled in school...non-nursing related and even though a billing manager told me that in that case they let you out of the contract, now that I've called them with the form they requested they have informed me that the policy no longer exists and I am bound by the contract. I have never delt with such a bunch of crummy thieves and I will periodically post this information so that others won't be duped.

HI, Just my 2cents: a friend of mine had a similar experience and she got an attorney( pretty low cost through her work) and sued them on some kind of technicality. So it may be a good idea to look into or else you may be saldled with some high, uneccessary debt!
Take care,
Minnib

Thank you so much for your advice. I read all these wonderful reviews on their site, of course. I've even talked to someone from Rue for info. I felt a few red flags about Rue, so I decided to come on here and see what nurses thought of it, and most of it is not positive. I will probably just go through the local college.

If you decide you want any of the study guides put out by the various publishing companies, you can find them, used, on ebay for $15 to $30 apiece. Beats paying more than $500 apiece to the publishing companies. Once you buy one of them, and see what you get, you will agree that the >$5000 contract is not worth it.

Are they crazy?? $11,000. They target new nurses alot, they are the biggest con artist. I think their worse then TCN.
