Assuming that your state allows it, if a plastic surgeon's office/dermatologist wanted to train you to administer Botox and other injectables, would you be willing to train in that and eventually inject Botox without the MD in the room?

Yes, but I am very comfortable doing injections. See one, do one, teach one, right?

Comfortable? Sure. I can learn to do anything. The chances of me ever working somewhere where I'm expected to give someone a Barbie forehead is slim to none, though.

I have a good friend who is semi-retired and she does aesthetic nursing and just loves it. Be careful. Be sure there is a medical director who is actually involved in the business and that your state's nursing practice act supports these injections as bring within the RN scope of practice. Get clarification on who can operate laser.
Good clinics are associated with dermatologists or plastic surgeons. Sketchy clinics can be owned by a urologist in another state who no one has actually met.
Oh. Are you talking about the Botox parties like on The Real Housewives?

One of my girlfriends, who is an NP, is now doing fillers/botox injections/laser hair removal as a side job on the weekends. She makes an insane amount of money doing it too.

Heck yeah.. Ok let me revise that.. Who is getting all of the profit? Am I getting a decent amount of compensation? If so.. Heck Yeah! I do injections pretty often so I'm not too worried about it.
