Riverside Community College Nursing Program Spring 2016

Published

Hi everyone!

I thought I would begin a thread for everyone applying to the nursing program at Riverside City College for the spring 2016. Hope we can share about our process here. :)

Currently, I'm finishing up my Anatomy/Physiology 2 and Sociology 100 at CSUSB. So far, I've been doing well, I think haha! If I finish with an A in sociology I'll have a 4.0 for my general eds and a 3.0 for my science gpa. After the spring quarter, I'll be studying for the TEAS exam for a little over a month and take the exam in July. Any advice that's related to the TEAS exam?

Hope we can begin this thread. Best wishes to everyone here!:up::)

I got an email today as well & I'm also scheduled to take it the 29th in Redlands... Not sure which day to take it yet but I'm going to decide by how prepared I feel by the 29th

Aw bummer ! Your doing it at redlands right ? How much did you pay ?

Yes at Redlands. I paid $75 😕

I did think if I were to take it through RCC it would give me an extra week to study. More time is always better but I kinda just want to get it over with. I can't wait till December to find out who gets in. It just seems so long from now! Lol

I paid the $75 too, but I already had it set in my mind that I would take it at RCC just because it gives me another week, and the 29th was my backup if I didn't get an invite.

Who here feels that the TEAS has taken over their life?:(

This girl does ! Every spare moment I use on the teas ... Husband took me out for a break and some much needed micheladas :sarcastic: but back at it again :bookworm:

i saw the RCC students doing clinicals at my job the other day and low key was thinking "my people ! Take me with you! " lol but all joking aside they were very sweet and helpful

Totally has consumed my life too lol. Just hope I do well :fingers crossed:

I would be really appreciate if you could share your thoughts on how they select applicants. Thanks in advance!

Hi guys,

Make sure you confirm your points with JU in the nursing office. They have a lot of applications, you don't want them to miss something.

Good luck! :)
