Hey everyone! I thought I'd open this forum for those of us applying to Rio Hondo. Applications are right around the corner and it would be great to use this as a means of communication. Feel free to post, ask questions, or respond. I hope to hear from you!

I have my degree posted but I bet a lot of people miss that part of the application if they don’t have a degree posted. ?

Yeah, my degree is posted also so I didn't need to worry about it. So many schools have little nitpicky requirements, it's hard to keep up!

I'm going to guess that you will be one of the ones getting a letter saying you didn't meet the reading proficiency requirement. I would call just to make sure!

Okay finally opened the letter! So it is a letter telling me I’m ineligible to apply, but not for the reading. A little bummed, but I feel better knowing already!

I would wanna know if I got in or not the suspense is way too much. But thank you for keeping us all updated! ????

Yes I did apply to tons of schools! Still waiting to hear back from some of them so I’m still in good spirits ?
