   LOL yes it's strange! But basically the managers ask the questions, and then they score you. Then they go to your chosen units and present the candidates that scored high and then they choose. I'm not too sure about applying to separate facilities ...

   For the panel interview, it's a couple of managers from different units at your chosen facility plus an educator that is leading the interview. It isn't necessarily the managers from your chosen units.

   I do work in a hospital and they didn’t call, it was just a letter explaining my duties and date of hire and had the manager’s signature and contact information :)

   I believe I only included the proof of experience ? if unsure, I don’t think think it hurts to include the certification though!
