;) :saint: :welcome: it would be unfair for us who made it without the leakage . . .and wat i know u still need to have a 75% to pass, so i guess the leakage cant assure u of passing the board. . i admit im not that intelligent but still i made it because i studied hard and prayed so much to pass the nle. . i need 2 pass in order for me 2 help my family (who dont need 2 pass by the way? i hope nobdy) . . ... . so lets just unite and oppose that retake and help each other as [color=olive]professional rn, :caduceus: registered nurse, :caduceus: responsible nurse, :caduceus: respected nurse,:caduceus: reliable nurse and most of all:caduceus::saint: religious nurse:saint: !!!! lets stop opposing each other !!! peace 2 ol!!

i agree with you rn03...why waste time reviewing again for a retake....instead i would use my time reviewing for foreign exams like cgfns/nclex...:nuke:

if you really DESERVE to pass, no matter how many times you take it and how many questions you answer, you will pass.

confidence! dont be afraid to take another exam. this will clean up the image of the examinees of this batch and the integrity of the licensing body to hospital employers here and abroad. this will show the world that the institution is doing something when things like this happen.

hope they come up with a good decision that will benefit a great number of people.

confidence.. sure we have that. but money? and effort? a retake doesnt guarantee that the integrity of the exams will be "cleansed". no matter how many retakes will be conducted, still, it wont the change the fact that there was once a leakage. were not even sure if this is the only instance neither will this be the last. why do we have to prove the 2nd time? would that be the only way out whenever there are issues like this? prove prove and prove? when uve already proven it??

as a passer, i know my rights and im not gonna give in to those selfish acts of corrupt people. as what rosero said, and i quote, "i asked them (the deans) if it (retake) is the sentiments of all their students who passed, but they werent able to answer". what's this? making decisions without even knowing both sides??

I read this yesterday and simply didn't have the time or patience to decipher it.

Honestly, OP you need to understand that your written communication MUST be clear and concise when working as a RN in the US. Consider practicing on us here on allnurses :)

i have been silent about this issue for quite sometime hoping it would resolve itself in time... i'm wrong. it seems we are nowhere near resolving this issue and it is really very very frustrating to all of us examiners who passed the exams without benefit of leakage to be compelled to retake it.

i come from the visayas region. there was no leakage. as far as i know the leakage occured only in baguio and some areas in manila. does that constitute the majority?

i'm for prc to throughly investigate the issue and punish those deserved to be punished. that means revoking the license of those given should it be established they they benefitted from leakage. otherwise it is really unfair to make a sweeping generalization that all those who passed the exams are cheaters.
