if you have no experience then there is nothing to put in, maybe none will be sufice.

i was a bit confused on page 3

of the vt application form regarding

the hours and employment.. i

wrote n/a in it, since i dont

have a hospital experience

i hope that wont affect my application :wink2:

ive wasted 6 more pages on page 1

because of my clumsiness :)

i had a hard time with the bank draft

since i dont have my own bank account

some of the bank dont accept bank draft

if you do not have a dollar account

hi straberry!

what took you 2 1/2 hrs? you opened your own dollar account?

any bank you would suggest in getting a bank draft?

thanks!

Does VT BON require a SSN to issue a license?

Thanks!

no nursebaby, i didnt open a

dollor account, some banks

do.. but dont go to these banks

its not necessary, it took me 2 1/2 hours for

the bank draft processing at

the LANDBANK but not all LANDBANKS

are allowed to use other bank account

for bank draft, i would suggest call

first the banks near your place and ask them

thats what i did :)

i was supposed to apply through NM BON but the new requirements (CES) made it quite longer than what i expected so i've decided to go through VT and pass my application next week. i do have a couple of questions:

1. is the "copy of your current license" just a photocopy of my current philippine professional license (the plastic one)?

2. what do i put in the "i have practiced nursing as defined in ..." if i dont have any work experience? would my application be accepted and will i still be allowed to take the nclex if i dont have any experience?

Jeffreypink, your post is 2 months old but while reading this, i got confused with the CES as new requirement in New Mexico BON.

There is no CES requirement in New Mexico.

Please correct me if im wrong but i cant find anything on the NM application and requirements saying CES as one of the requirements.

That issue w/ the CES being a req't for NM has been resolved already. It was confirmed beyond reasonable doubt that it is only an option.

You can check that out in the NM licensure question thread re: specific issue and how we came about resolving it w/ finality.
