Aug 14, 2011 :igtsyt: our vet does not approve of the treated mattress and pillow covers if you have cats and dogs(especially puppies and kittens) who sleep with you even on top of the covers.bedbugs! eeewww... really, why is that? my daughter spent the night in a scanky hotel with a friend while on a trip to or. she called me the next day and told me she had bites all over her legs. when she got home, i made her take her clothes off outside, and put on a long t shirt. i took the clothes, and duffle bag and washed them in hot water and dried them in a medium hot dryer. the t shirt was tossed in the outside garbage. i took no chances. haven't seen them this way, but they worry me. nasty things.
