I just got my license on March 24th after taking the NCLEX for the 3rd time. I was studying from the CD ROMs that came with my NCLEX-RN books and for me that was not working. I finally sat down with the Saunder's book,(I took it with me everywhere), and I did all of the questions in it and I believe that's what helped me pass. Also, if you are going through anything major in your life that is causing any stress, wait to take the test. I was too distracted with personal issues the first 2 times and that had some bearing on the outcome for me. Best of luck to all and don't give up!!!

What NCLEX materials did you use for your review?Self study or review center? Do you have a study buddy? What were your preparations the week before your NCLEX?Any good strategies that you used? How many questions did u answer on the ACTUAL NCLEX EXAM?Topics that people should study for nclex... any things to memorize, etc...Any tips or advice?
i also started with kaplan in march and it will be expiring at the end of this month. the last two months i have been using the course book but since i am running out of time i have decided to finish the review of q's online and then continue with the qbank since i believe that i need to practice more on test taking.

I took mine in close conjunction with school and was able to pass without much formal study because a lot of school had "stuck" with me.
