I always thought most of the students who dress as the other gender already go to that bathroom; who's gonna know unless they ask to show gender? (Maybe I'm just naive ) I guess if they're in the same school they started school as a girl then transfer to boy or vice versa everybody would know they didn't start that way but if this kid comes to school dressed as a boy who's gonna know unless he or a teacher brings it up
I agree with no open showers; kids have tormented other kids forever because of the way they look "fat, skinny, feminine looking boys, masculine looking girls; that doesn't even bring into question the gender issue!
The exact same argument of "protecting our women and children" was used to justify discrimination against gay men. So glad to see the overwhelming majority of posts are in support of equal civil protections for trans people.
Oh my goodness!! We (people in general) need to get over ourselves! Who cares what bathroom ANYBODY uses????? Isn't there something more important for the world to worry about?
...where did you even get that photo from? I mean, was there a post or anything attached to it saying that he self-identifies as female or are you just posting random pics trying to prove a point?
On an off-side, I wouldn't mind sharing a bathroom with him... :)
I was thinking the same thing! 1)A male to female trans isn't going to walk around looking like a badass rocker hottie, and 2)I would LOVE to share a bathroom with the guy in that picture. :yummy:
