Hi all,

Starting this thread before the Jan '22 cohort application opens up today (hopefully soon!) I have all the required documents ready to submit, patiently refreshing and hoping the link to apply pops up soon. Let's all connect and keep each other updated on our application process. Hey did you interview with Holy Cross for PP? I interviewed with mission for PP and L&D and still haven’t heard anything.

I’m interviewing tomorrow with Tarzana and I preferenced all 3 OB units. It doesn’t seem like anyone’s gotten an offer for any OB positions yet for any location…. It might be one of the last units to notify since it’s super competitive.

I did interview at Holy Cross for PP and did not hear anything back, but I also put down other departments to increase my chances at landing a job.

Yes, I interviewed for Holy Cross! I’m crossing my fingers because I still haven’t heard anything. I also said ER in addition to NICU, L&D, and postpartum. I’m hoping we both get good news soon!

Hi again guys!

Received an offer from Mission Viejo nights on telemetry/sepsis unit for $41 and an offer from Little Company of Mary San Pedro (not sure which shift but assuming nights) for telemetry $42/hr.

I will most likely be choosing the Mission Viejo location since I am in Irvine. ?

Good luck to everyone! Hopefully we can get a facebook group started for our cohort once we know who all is in it.

ICU/stepdown or telemetry unit was my first choice and I had mentioned to them that I was interested in getting my master's as a CRNA down the road and therefore need ICU experience in order to be accepted into the programs. I think having this long term plan and asking them questions about tuition reimbursement etc during interview was a deciding factor for them.

I'm not sure about anyone else here, but as of today, the recruiter for Holy Cross started calling for position offers. I'm not sure about any of the other hospitals in the Valley though.

Thank you guys!! I heard back from Mission via email that an offer was being prepared on the 8th and then had the phone call for offer details and official paperwork emailed today. San Pedro just got back to me today too so I assumed there weren't any other potential offers.

I was wondering, did you have the same 6 standard interview questions for both locations? I interviewed for St. Joseph's last week and got rejected but have an interview for LCOM Torrance this week and am super nervous ?
