Hi all,

Starting this thread before the Jan '22 cohort application opens up today (hopefully soon!) I have all the required documents ready to submit, patiently refreshing and hoping the link to apply pops up soon. Let's all connect and keep each other updated on our application process. I only applied to the LA locations.

I was wondering the same thing. I’m wondering if this person just received the modern hire self paced interview that automatically sends out when you apply ? The job status says it’s still active - I don’t think they would start calling for interviews until the application period closes.

I think everyone receives the modern hire on demand interview invitation but I’m not for sure.
 

You should look now. 

The first two top units for OC that I selected are Women’s and critical care. 
 

But for LA area, it’s med-surgical/ tele, float pool, and step down. For this region, I selected more of what I think they’re looking for.

I applied for Both ! Yeah exactly - I think everyone is only getting the automatic self paced interviews right now

Is the self paced modern hire interview the one you were referring to ? I think everyone does automatically receive that

Oh! Yes I did the self paced one the day I applied.

So.. I applied to both, OC & LA area. 
 

For LA area, I think the same day,  I received the self pace questions. It was basically typing in responses to the questions. 
 

For OC area, I received the modern hire on-demand audio/video self pace interview.

However, I had trouble with my recording uploading so not sure how it went.
I did receive the email stating it was complete so hopefully everything went well. 
 

Did all of you who applied received these things to complete?

Yes I believe we walk received these things to complete. I chose women’s services and for my second choice I believe I chose Med Surg

I hope so too ! I hope we at least get an interview ! I saw in previous all nurses forums for the past year that ppl said in L&D or another/Baby they only had two positions available for each ? and during the multiple interview processes they had a large pool of applicants they were interviewing and they seemed to take longer narrow down. Don’t know if it will be like that again this time comings
