Hi all,
Starting this thread before the Jan '22 cohort application opens up today (hopefully soon!) I have all the required documents ready to submit, patiently refreshing and hoping the link to apply pops up soon. Let's all connect and keep each other updated on our application process. Good luck to everyone! :)

I would love to reach out to the recruiter because my hands are itching to do so, but I’ll just wait patiently.
Yeah I’ve heard that too. But I have actually heard that someone was already actually officially notified they were rejected and they confirmed it too from Orange.
Hi Everyone who has accepted and/or planning to accept the TIP Residency for 2022. There are 90 of us in this cohort!
I got my offered my top pick with 24hrs of the panel interview this week. My question is: Does anyone know what happens if you accept then cancel/break the "contract" before the 2022 Cohort starts on Jan 31, 2022?
The recruiter did NOT have a concrete answer for me and I am very hesitant to accept my offer within 24hrs of reading the offer email. I spoke to her about the specifics but once the email is read, you have to accept within 24hrs.
I am especially hesitant because I have other interviews scheduled at USC and UCLA and Providence was my first and Providence's pay is roughly 25% less than LA new grad positions at say Cedars. That is huge especially when this contract is 2YEARS!
Anyway, if anyone has a solid understanding of breaking the initial offer contract, let me know. I am all ears.
Thanks and good luck everyone!

Is this for the Burbank location or OC? I did hear that the pay is definitely on the lower side but you do get great training.
