You did not do the PVT correctly. You had to enter in cc info, proceed to the next page and actually submit the payment. Did not see the 'good' or 'bad' poup, you didn't get a popup at all because you didn't submit the payment.

Wait until the official results are posted on your state BON, everything else is speculative. Whatever happens happens.
