I think it's very similiar. My scores were 50%-80% and pretest score was 68% for NCBSN. La Charity, I used it initially and realized it was too hard as the start so I just did the first 18 chapters with only just pass scores. Don't feel like a loser!...

I tried NCSBN and find that it is similiar to NCLEX-RN questions. Tomorrow will be my second attempt and hopefully will succeed this time. My first study guide was Saunder and didnt work too well for me.
