I would recommend UWORLD's qbank. Try to do the majority or all the questions and review every rationale. That really helped me! I also did hurst which makes everything a little clearer.

Personally, I really liked Uworld! They have a lot of priority, SATA and delegation type questions and the rationales are really good. It also seemed more enjoyable to sit down and do uworld review over any other that I tried.
