NCLEX is national exam. The bank of questions is the same whatever state you take the test in.

Thanks for responding. I understand but I'm specifically asking if anyone has recently taken their Nclex a third time in FL and got their license. Im trying to see if third time has been good for anyone living in FL. Thx

I would like to know this also. I have already taken it twice in Florida and failed. I really hate how Florida requires those classes after 3 failed attempts. I wish we had unlimited attempts some some states.

To answer you both I graduated in Dec. Tested in June and failed the first try and retest a second time on the 24th of next month.I have a classmate who failed her first two attempts and just recently passed a few weeks ago on her 3rd try.First 2 times she used Kaplan, last time she used the RN exam cram only by the makers of the nclex

I just don't understand why you are asking the question, "has anyone recently taken the NCLEX for the third time in Florida and passed". Firstly....WHERE the test is taken makes no difference on the outcome: it's a national exam, as Guy just said.

Second, you could just as easily ask "has anyone recently taken the NCLEX for the third time somewhere in the US and passed" and get about as valid a response. Heck, I'll answer it for you: yes! People most certainly pass on the third attempt. And fail. Doesn't matter where they are, but yes, people do pass after three shots at it.

Lastly....whether anyone has passed on the third attempt doesn't really affect you....so it seems you are not focusing your attention where you most need it: on what YOU need to do to pass, not whether anyone else passed. YOU are the one who matters in your scenario :)

Good luck!

I personally think it's a reasonable question when you're anxious about testing. The rationale is merely to calm yourself, trust me I get it lol.You are so welcome, and thank you!
