I took my exam at 2 pm and did not do pvt until 6 pm. At first i got the hold message as i always used to get that. I had to give multiple finger prints as my hand get so cold when i get nervous. May be you can try after 24 hrs. Good luck!!

I tested on Friday(03/14/14) and i did PVT 3-4 hrs after and got the hold pop up.It has been 48+ hrs and still my results are on hold.I am not even able to access my quick results.Its just so nerve wrecking .Does anyone had same kind of experience??
