CA License by Endorsement Transcript Confusion

Hi all, 

I am planning to endorse my RN license from Texas to California and I am kind of confused about the transcript requirements. I did my ADN from a Foreign country(Nepal) but completed my BSN from WGU Texas and completed some of the nursing pre-requisite from other US universities. I know I need to send all the official transcripts from the US colleges to CBRN but do I still need to have my foreign school send the transcripts for ADN to CBRN?

Note: I have my International transcript evaluated in 2016.
