ADN to BSN is it worth it?

So I graduated an ADN program in dec 2022 and became a legit RN 2/16/23. I told myself I would take a yr off from school before pursuing anything else. Well here we are its been an entire year... I'm currently a staff nurse at  a local hospital on the MST floor...truth be told I am not a huge fan but its a job I guess... anyway,  I got accepted to a RN to BSN with MSN option but the paper they sent says avg pay is like 74k, I make way more than that... so I am curious to know if the move from RN to BSN was a substantial increase in pay or no?

This is up to the employers in your geographic area. I live in a large city and the larger facilities do not hire non-BSN RNs. Same with most Magnet hospitals. If your employer offers tuition reimbursement or something, you might want to consider it now while you still have the time and energy.

I have a BSN and personally it is just a piece of paper, but where I live it did get me a better job with better compensation.
