ADN to BSN is it worth it?
So I graduated an ADN program in dec 2022 and became a legit RN 2/16/23. I told myself I would take a yr off from school before pursuing anything else. Well here we are its been an entire year... I'm currently a staff nurse at a local hospital on the MST floor...truth be told I am not a huge fan but its a job I guess... anyway, I got accepted to a RN to BSN with MSN option but the paper they sent says avg pay is like 74k, I make way more than that... so I am curious to know if the move from RN to BSN was a substantial increase in pay or no?

April 2018 California Cohort
Yes I'm worried as well, I blew off cal state sb because wgu was perfect for me to continue working... I am really regretting that decision. I am even looking at reeling it back and going private just to get it done. California is ridiculous.

Hey.. yes I have been involved in hospital care, home care post acute and sub acute care... I have an associates in Science/math which basically says I can transfer to a 4 year college. I see you are an emt that's awesome!!! Considering you have a bachelors have u looked into accelerated BSN programs? Azusa offers one but there might be others.... what is your bachelors in? I am thinking of retaking micro with straighterline to boost my gpa... unfortunately they won't consider human nutrition since it's a core class

EEK the second week of Feb that is next week right? I originally applied for Feb cohort but unfortunately didn't make it so I am applying for this cohort...otherwise it could be Aug. My Science GPA isn't as high as the avg... and my Teas score was an 84 and the cut off was a bit higher... my advisor sent these stats... our February cohort: Overall TEAS Average: 86.91% TEAS Reading Section Average: 91.56% Health Science GPA 3.60 Ugh!

Enrollment Counselor not responding
Try emailing them again...my counselor is in/out of the office alot...but I email her again if I don't hear from her after 3 days... I can understand your frustration with the lack of phone calls though...especially if you have a set appointment.

February 2018 California cohort
I know that holding a degree, license, experience increases your chances of being chosen but I don't think its the only thing... Have you been in touch with an enrollment counselor? Where in Cali are you?
