PHN California - Out of State School

Hello! I was wondering if anybody had any experience with getting a PHN certification while also being from out of state. I graduated from Roseman University's ABSN and was hoping to get a PHN certification. I've read up that I'd need 7 hour CE on Abuse but haven't really been able to find a place to get it. I'm also wondering if that's all I'll need. Thank you for any advice.
