I'm wishing you the best. What did you use to study this time & how was your test?
Thank you so much!!
I had 265 questions and got whole bunch of priority questions, lots of infection control, conference related teaching, diet, drag and drop, exhibit.
This time i used :
Saunders comprehensive review(for content)
Remar review(only quick facts for pharamacology)
PDA by Lacharity
Lippincott q and a 11th edition(finished the whole book)
I did around 5000-6000 questions in total.
Excellent I took my test the same day & had the same amount of questions
Did you test on Friday too??Does PVT works on weekend??How you came to know that you have failed?Does your state participate in quick results??
I was suppose to get my results from quick pay after 48 hrs but still my results are not available.
Did you read the Saunders book & how do you feel about the Lippincott book
I took the assessment test and it basically gave me the study calendar.I did follow the calendar to study but remodeled it according to the length of the chapter.I did not study pharmacology from Saunders(which is a lot).I did questions after reading each chapter and tried to score more than 75%(in most chapters i did).
After reading the content i did same related chapters from Lippincott. My score ranged from 50-66%.
I even did comprehensive test 1-6 and got 60-66%.In my opinion Lippincott have very challenging questions and its really hard.
I took the RN NCLEX Saturday. I got the good pop up also. I'm waiting on the quick results to become available. I'm on pins and needles. I can so relate to your frustration.
You mean you are on hold too.But i took my NCLEX-RN on Friday and it's almost 3 days. Its just beyond imagination.
I really hope and pray we both pass.
