new york city is very different then california, ive only worked in both states.completely different if your open to a new experience go for it. there is no such thing as a 4:1 nurse ratio in the er, it can range from 6 to 12 at one time which is typ...

its tough but plan your contract as traveling pairs or buddies. if you cant get the same shift same hospital you must be flexible and at least in close areas, it works out in the end...its a lot of work and time consuming.

you really gotta put yourself out there, im working with a bunch including cross country, amn, emerald, trustaff, clinicalstaffing
