hmm well im bored and on the internet at about 130am and just rambling on.i just find it funny how 'they' say nurses are in high demand but so many people are struggling to find a job. im assuming theres a rush of people into nursing school and they all go for the jobs at the same time and there is a great amount of unemployed nurses looking for jobs fresh from school. i just happen to be a male and feel like i have an advantage in my oppurtunities. its unfair there are many very good female nurses struggling to find a job fresh from nursing school...

Say what you want, but I personally had no shortage of job offers. Almost everyone I graduated with had a job lined up before we even graduated.
Thank you Natingale! This male vs female thing made no sense to me at all. Hence the reason why I asked what does the OP mean.
