Trump needs to go.

Yes.
Now Trump has publicly reversed course and will expect everyone to treat him as some hero for doing so. He is a charlatan.

Trump isn't trying to heal divisions.
On covid Trump is clear on his stance...he knows it is dangerous, deadly and easily transmitted...he knows that testing and isolation will provide him with some security from illness, he knows that people of color are disproportionately affected.
So Trump's stance is open everything up...send the poor kids to school so their poor parents can go into work places. Trump clearly doesn't care about the deaths or long term consequences.

‘Science’ itself is on the ballot, so this 175-year-old institution makes its first ever endorsement for president
As Trump and Biden talk about COVID-19 and wildfires in their own way, Scientific American says Joe’s their man...
Scientific American, considered to be the longest continuously published magazine in the U.S. and claiming articles by more than 150 Nobel Prize winners dating back to its 1845 origins, has never endorsed a presidential candidate in its 175-year history. Until now. The publication is backing Joe Biden, it said Tuesday...
... “The most devastating example is his dishonest and inept response to the COVID-19 pandemic, which cost more than 190,000 Americans their lives by the middle of September,” the editors wrote. Environmental factors and other public-health issues also prompted the publication to take its stance...
JOE AND KAMALA'S PLAN TO BEAT COVID-19 and PREPARE FOR FUTURE GLOBAL HEALTH THREATS
In the midst of a growing public health crisis, the country is looking for leadership, effectiveness, and trusted experience — and that’s Vice President Joe Biden. Joe Biden has been laser-focused on the threat that COVID-19 has posed to our nation and the decisive public health and economic steps necessary to get the virus under control, deliver immediate relief to working families, and reopen our schools and businesses safely. Whatever the state of the COVID pandemic on the day Joe Biden and Kamala Harris take office, their administration will:
The American people deserve an urgent, robust, and professional response to the growing public health and economic crisis caused by the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. That is why Joe Biden is outlining a plan to mount decisive public health response that ensures the wide availability of free testing; the elimination of all cost barriers to preventive care and treatment for COVID-19; the development of a vaccine; and the full deployment and operation of necessary supplies, personnel, and facilities.
STATEMENT BY VICE PRESIDENT JOE BIDEN ON SUPPORTING POLICE OFFICERS IN THE LINE OF DUTY
Jill and I were devastated to learn of the cold-blooded shooting of two Los Angeles County deputies yesterday, as well as the horrific death of Deputy Ryan Hendrix, a Marine veteran and police officer killed in the line of duty in Henderson County, North Carolina. These attacks are absolutely unconscionable — they bring only greater violence, injustice, and grief to a nation in desperate need of healing.
Brave officers who pin on the shield carry a sacred responsibility and make an extraordinary sacrifice. Just as they owe it to the American people to protect and serve with honor, restraint, and accountability, Americans owe it to them to lessen the needless danger of their inherently dangerous jobs. Acts of lawlessness and violence directed against police officers are unacceptable, outrageous, and entirely counterproductive to the pursuit of greater peace and justice in America — as are the actions of those who cheer such attacks on. Those who perpetrate these crimes must be brought to justice, and, if convicted, face the full brunt of the law.
Jill and I are keeping these deputies and their loved ones in our hearts, and are praying for a full recovery for the two Los Angeles deputies now fighting for their lives.

President Trump is working hard to implement his ‘America First’ platform, continuing his promise to the American people to lower taxes, repeal and replace Obamacare, end stifling regulations, protect our borders, keep jobs in our country, take care of our veterans, strengthen our military and law enforcement, and renegotiate bad trade deals, creating a government of, by and for the people...

He's pretty certain that the average repubican voter will ignore that his administration authored the cuts, and will hail him as a hero for this tweet. Well likely see that mentioned in these threads.
