So how was everyone's weekend/Monday??? I relaxed (I had a wonderful 3 day weekend) But, now I am studying for a Biomedical Ethics exam I have in the morning:anbd:...Anyways, have a great week everyone! Let us know if anything exciting comes in the mail! :)

My three day weekend was pretty good, thanks for asking. I have a test tomorrow morning for Microbiology. I am up late trying to get some last minute studying done. Good luck on your test tomorrow Friendlyghost87, and congratulations to everyone who has been accepted to the program:balloons:

THANKS! I wish you luck on your microbiology exam tomorrow also! I loved that class...I found it to be sooo interesting! Just wasn't a fan of doing the big gram stain project at the end for a big grade....we had to guess our specimen correctly otherwise we failed! Thank goodness that didn't happen! :) Anywho, good luck tomorrow!

I didn't have a 3 day weekend and even had class last night. We have a test tomorrow in AP2 so I'm kind of nervous!

Aw that stinks, Gurmo! Why didn't you guys have off yesterday?? I guess I was wrong assuming all schools were closed! What systems is the test over in A&P2? I absolutely loved that class! I miss taking it...that was a year ago now. Tell me how the test goes! Good luck! :)

I also had class yesterday... I guess private schools don't give time off for some of the holidays that others schools do. It sucks because everyone else has the day off and wants to do something. Oh well... :uhoh3:

I even had to work yesterday. I've never had a job where I had President's Day off (and being a nurse won't be any different haha).

Thanks friendlyghost87, I got an A on my Micro Lab Test today. My teacher grades them as soon as we finish. I am really starting to like this class. Its pretty interesting. We are required to do a creative project at the end of the semester. I think I will make something edible since I am NOT creative, lol. How was your test today?

Hi everybody , I am going to start lvn classes in March, Im a mom who is trying to switch modes in my life, juggle kids and work and school, I just couldnt wait to do all of my pre reqs it took to long and was hard because I work during the day and the classes I needed where always full or during the day and I cant aford to give my job up just yet. I want to eventually jump into a nursing program after I get licensed, but Im motivated to become a RN. My husband also started school again so its a little stressful juggling schedules, but I try to take it one day at a time. Keep looking to the future, becasue the reality is its just around the corner.

FutureNurse82, my test went alright today...thanks for asking! I'm glad to hear you did so well on your micro test...it gets easier as the semester wears on I thought. I won't find out how I did on my test today until either this Thursday or next Tuesday, but I'll let you know when I do! I am still checking my mail everyday to see if I got a letter!!! hah. I can't wait!

Hi everyone! I am waiting for my acceptance letter which should arrive between March 1st and March 15th. I finished my pre-req's in August 2007 and applied in September. I am sooooo anxious! My school just changed admittance requirements from the wait list to GPA so I hope I get in. There is only 216 spots for a reportedly 500 people that applied. Sometimes I feel like I can't even breathe! I want this so badly! If anyone needs help with A & P , Chemistry or Microbiology, let me know! I'd be happy to help in any way I can!
