$26/hr new grad, no exp., recently changed jobs $33/hr 1 yr exp.

Only 1 year old RN :saint:

Nephrology/dialysis

Specializes in medsurg, progressive care.

2) $34 base pay, 2.50 evening differential, 4.50 weekend differential

how did you land that nephrology job as a new grad? No where accepts me besides nursing home and I have a BSN

I'm not a graduate yet, but that is the rate for the biggest hospital around.

The cost of living here is not cheap either, we pay 1500$ a month for our 4 bed 3ba 2000sqft home.
