Pinoy nclex takers

Hi there! I'm from the Philippines and migrated here in the US short after graduation and passing the local boards. I failed my first nclex-rn exam and I'm currently reviewing to take it again soon. I wish to hear from our fellow "kababayans" who share the same experience with me. My prayers for success to all of us who are preparing for the nclex! Good luck! :):):)

hi xyza.. i failed nclex twice now.. i have to retake by february or march. i now study saunders for the content, i rented LaCharity from barnes and nobles for 7 dollars for 60 days and nclex 4000 from a friend.. from where are you in the PHilippines by the way.

I was thinking to buy La charity thanks to you I learned that I can just rent it at barnes and nobles. where you from?

from leyte.. yeah you can and all other books. and if you wanna buy later on, you can do that too.. we have to pass this nclex.. and we will with god's help. im in denver

does la charity have a cd?

I don't received the mail yet, but I'm sure I failed because I tried the PVT and I keep getting bad pop up. I'm done with my depression and will now continue reviewing for this exam! I believe we can pass this in God's time =)

yes i studied in cebu but i come from leyte...i bought mine in amazon but it's an ebook because it's a lot cheaper that the paperback..

where in leyte u come from?

have u tried looking up ur name on the BON site? on the license verification?

coz it's not 100% PVT works, as ive read through the posts

Yes, I've been trying to search my name on the BON website and it's says no records =(

when did you take your board exam? i took mine last december 23 and received the mail on january 6. i got all marks NEAR PASSING. now i need to focus more.

i took mine last september and after 2 weeks i got my mail saying i failed..ill have my 2nd nclex next months..been rescheduling twice already coz ive got no confidence at all but i have to pass this time..btw, im from winnetka, CA in san fernando valley LA county

I took mine last December 28, it's been 2 weeks now. and I heard that If you are in Cali and you passed the exam, you will receive the mail within a week.

I know that feeling, just continue reviewing and stick with your study plan. That's what i need, It's hard to study while working =(. And don't forget to ask for God's help. =)
