Congrats! We have our capping/pinning on January 7th and I'm so looking forward to that. It seems to be a beautiful ceremony as well...takes place in a church and I know I'm going to cry like a big baby that I am!!! My freshman class is a real close knit group...very supportive of each other and such. Just having passed the 1st semester after working our tails off I know it's going to be emotional for everyone. One thing I'm not looking forward to is wearing my student nurse dress. arrrggghhh. But it should be a lovely ceremony.
Thanks so much for sharing.

We had our pinning last night and it was gorgeous! I cried like a big old baby. I just now realized, after 2 years with the same people, that I actually LIKE most of my fellow students, and that it's really a shame we didn't come together as a group more and get to know each other better. Just thought you guys might want to know that from a new grad. Seems like an awful big waste of time to spend 2 years with people you barely know. It would be a better use of time to get to know your fellow students and make some new friends!
SO, the pinning was great, the caps were much easier to put on than I ever would have imagined, and I really did look fat in a white nursing dress!
