I want to meet some of you! I'm just getting ready to take my last 3 finals, have been studying for the TEAS for months now, and will be able to apply for next fall's nursing program (YAYAY!) I'd love to hear from some potential future classmates, how you are doing/ did with pre-reqs/ TEAS, and share the excitement upon acceptances!
All I know is for the Porter Campus. Their first RN class was Spring 2014 and their GPA range was from 3.15 - 4.0 with TEAS scores ranging from 66 - 89.3. As for the Fall, I'm sure there will be more applicants especially as the campus gets on it's feet. This will be Porter's first Fall RN semester, so we will be the statistics when accepted. :)
So, I'm going to take the TEAS tomorrow and turn in my application. I'm really terrified about the TEAS. I just don't feel prepared for it even though I have been studying a little each day. I hope there aren't too many chemistry questions because...I HATE chemistry and no matter how hard I try, it does.not.click.
I keep thinking I'm going to fail this darn test
I've taken 3 practice tests so far and only scored a 71, 72, and 76.
How did everyone else to on the TEAS? Do you mind sharing your scores?

PHSC doesn't penalize for retakes that I know of. Larger schools, though, like USF will--in fact, if they see that you've retaken a class, I don't know if they will even touch your application! I would definitely check in with another adviser, though. It seems like no two advisers will ever tell you the same thing!
About your app packet, I about had an anxiety attack rechecking through mine a dozen plus times before sealing the envelope! There really aren't a lot of physical papers that need to be included so long as you are 100% sure that PHSC already has them in your file. I actually called to verify all of the items I wasn't including in my application were already in my file at the school just for some peace of mind! :) I want to say that the only physical items included in my packet were the checklist, the application, my enlarged driver's license photocopy, and then my TEAS scores.
