I called Nancy when I got my packet since I've already registered for a CPR course that is prior to orientation. She says it's ok that I can take it before orientation since I already paid and scheduled it. Only mandatory if not done prior to orientation. Also, I got another email stating that the immunization part of the email packet is out of date and she sent the corrected part in another attachment, so check your emails again if you already have your packet!

I got my packet too. I got permission to print it here at work. Thank goodness for my supportive boss. :)

I GOT IN!!! So happy right now! I'm ready for a celebration drink! After I mail in my letter claiming my seat. Lol.

Oh man, I feel your pain. My mail runs at 10:30, but I have to wait until 1:30 when I get home. I should be grateful I don't have to wait until 4 or 5. theAFwife, you definitely got in so you're just waiting on confirmation. Lol.

Yyayyy congrats! Glad someone else got the same news as I did about letters bein mailed out. I would've felt so guilty if nobody got a letter tomorrow after what I posted. Lol. Eekkk I'm so excited. Thank goodness I get out of work early tomorrow.

Yes! And she says she has about 600 applicants to mail letters too. Don't panic, she says that including all 11 limited admission programs they offer. She didn't give a specific number for how many applied to the RN program alone. I tried to get it out of her. Lol.

I called regarding my canvas password, which I was locked out of, and after that was solved I asked if she knew about our letters. She transferred me to admissions and I was told by someone to expect it around July 10th. I told her the letter I received when I got confirmation of my application that it said I would receive by the end on June. She became frustrated and transferred me to Connie who was an angel. Alright guys, this is where ya'll are about to flip!!! Connie, and few others, mail the letters for all the programs. She says the committee did met yesterday and she has already started to mail letters! Some went out yesterday and some went out today. Since they are closed tomorrow the rest will finish going out Monday!!!!! Yeeyyy.

Well just looking at previous threads I seen where when the campus finally let the cat out of the bag with an actual day the committee was supposedly meeting.. letters arrived 2-4 days letter. So there may be a chance that by the end of this week we may receive letters. If not my heart is set on next week. I really doubt we'll have to wait until July 15th.

What do ya'll mean by and boo.. no letters today? Or referring to something else?

@cnamarieg That financial aid letter was brutal on me too. I mean I am happy I'll be receiving financial aid, but it's been foolin' us. I think you're the 3rd or 4th to get burned by a financial aid letter. Lol. Patience is a virtue. I'm going scalloping this weekend and I'm doing well by looking forward more to this weekend trip than having anxiety over my mailbox. Anyone else finding a distraction to get over the wait?

I was just thinking, is this the first semester where they established the one application, all campuses for limited programs? Where they chose which campus based off of what's closest to your location? In the past I believe you could put an application for the same program at multiple locations. Can anyone clarify. Maybe this is why it's taking longer because they changed up the usual process.

I wonder if there were that many people who applied that the delay in the committee meeting was due to all the data entry of applicants TEAS and GPA scores.
