Pearsonvue Trick - Does it Work Every Time? Part 3

1. Go to NCLEX Examinations :: Pearson VUE.
2. Select the 'test taker services' tab at the top.
3. Click 'register' on the right side.
4. Click the 'credit card' link.
5. Click the 'sign in' link in the second sentence.
6. Enter your username.
7. Enter your password.
8. Click the button.
9. Click 'register' on the left side.
10. Select your test type.
11. Click the button.
12. Select your country.
13. Click the button.
14. Answer the yes/no questions.
15. Select your country again.
16. Select your state.
17. Type in your city.
18. Click the button. a list of schools should appear.
19. Select your school.
20. Select the month and year of your graduation.
21. Select your board of nursing.
22. Click the button.

Very important: At this point, if you get a pop up that says 'the candidate currently has test results that are on hold. A new registration cannot be created at this time.', it has nothing to do with passing or failing; it just means that they are reviewing your records due to random reviews that they conduct, or because they needed to locate some data or papers, etc.

This means you will possibly have to wait a few more days than your friends who did not get this message. If you get the message 'Records indicates you have recently registered for this test please contact BON. An appointment cannot be scheduled at this time.', that means you passed. If you do not get either message and go straight to the credit card information page, that means you did not pass.

Your Pearsonvue account must state that delivery is successful before you try the trick.

I was just curious because there was a "new" pop up about passing so I was confused! I'm hoping and praying that it is for sure the good pop up when I find out on Monday! Fingers crossed!

Does the PVT work ? I took the NCLEX PN earlier this morning and I just did the trick, before I did it and it said delivered successful. I studies very hard and the exam made me finish the whole 205 question I the PVT thing and it said "Our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your Member Board for further assistance. Another registration cannot be made at this time." can you explain it to me. Thanks

I am in Arkansas and they do not participate in quick results through pearson vue. I took my exam today at 200 pm and just got the pop up that says our records indicate you recently schedued exam.... is that the good pop up for states that do not participate in quick results?

First time I took Nclex RN, I did the PVT and it went straight to CC page and ofcourse I found out a week and a half later that I did not pass. 8 months later I took Nclex RN again and came home and my husband did the PVT for me as I was a wreck. There was no CC page this time and exactly a week later my name popped up on the CA BRN. So happy!! So yes, PVT works!!!

I took my NCLEX-RN yesterday... is it taking a week to post the BRN? I was hoping for something by Monday. LOL I got the good pop up but I really want to see it on the site

I took it on a Thursday like u but since Monday was a MLK holiday, it took a whole week to find out. I found out yesterday (Thursday) at 330AM in Ca. I am sure you passed so just hang in there and you will see your name online soon! Congrats!

Is this the "good" pop-up AND It would not let me proceed to the next page for CC info after clicking "ok" from this message:

"Our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your Member Board for further assistance. Another registration cannot be made at this time."

It shut off at 146 questions, and took me almost 2.5 hours! I am in CA and they said at the testing center that it would take 2-4 weeks for results! Can I really rest easy knowing I got this "good" pop-up!!! And possibly passed

Oh and in addition....I had a CA interim permit that also has disapeared off of the BRN's website after 2-3 hours of my exam.

Anyone...PLEASE put me at ease!!!!
