The original thread (part 1) is now closed. here is a continuation of the same topic (part 2) with the following links:
Part 1 (the original thread)--
Pearsonvue "Trick". Is this TRUE? Does it Work Every Time?
Poll to take once you have received your response--
Pearson Vue Trick - Poll once you receive your results

3) click 'register' on the right side.
4) click the 'credit card' link.
5) click the 'sign in' link in the second sentence.
6) enter your username.
7) enter your password.
? click the button.
9) click 'register' on the left side.
10) select your test type.
11) click the button.
12) select your country.
13) click the button.
14) answer the yes/no questions.
15) select your country again.
16) select your state.
17) type in your city.
18) click the button. a list of schools should appear.
19) select your school.
20) select the month and year of your graduation.
21) select your board of nursing.
22) click the button.
Very important: at this point, if you get a pop up that says 'the candidate currently has test results that are on hold. a new registration cannot be created at this time.', it has nothing to do with passing or failing; It just means that they are reviewing your records due to random reviews that they conduct, or because they needed to locate some data or papers, etc. This means you will possibly have to wait a few more days than your friends who did not get this message. If you get the message 'our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your member board for further assistance. another registration cannot be made at this time.', that means you passed. If you do not get either message and go straight to the credit card information page, that means you did not pass.
Your pearsonvue account must state that delivery is successful before you try the trick
Well, I took the NCLEX-RN this morning at 0800. I had 75 questions. I walked out around 0900 feeling completely defeated. It was unlike anything I have ever experienced. I was shocked at the amount of SATA and med questions...meds that I have never even heard of! I was so scared....still am. I got the good pop-up after only 45 minutes of completing the test. I jumped for joy and cried my eyes out on my best friends shoulder. Now that Im home and marinating on it all, Im starting to panic again. I really hope that the trick is accurate. I busted my tail studying for it and I was an excellent student but that was soooo tough. Im gonna make myself insane. Does anyone know if the quick results are TRUE 48 hours,, or business 48 hours? I took it today so I'm hoping that it'll be available by Sunday morning. Sorry for ranting. I'm a little stressed.
I also took it today Jayebird and I asked my proctor if it was a true 48 or business days. He said that Saturday counts as a business day for Pearson because they test on Saturdays but Sunday does not. So, we will most likely get our quick results on Monday. He also said to go ahead and check on Sunday because he has heard of people getting their results, but he wasn't certain. I don't know if that helps at all, but that's what I was told.

Thanks! I really appreciate it. I just NEED to know! Lol Everyone I know keeps saying Congrats and that I passed...but Im not convinced yet.
Oh dear heavens I know just what you mean! It's like by taking the exam we've automatically passed in their minds. I went so far as to tell my mother that I didn't know until Monday and she said, "It's okay, I know. You're smart. You passed. That's it." BAH! If only I had her kind of confidence lol. Then again, I doubt she would be so confident if she had seen those questions like I did!
I know - I also got all 265 questions, left convinced I have failed, but got the good one. It just seems impossible that I could have passed. I'm thinking I'll be the first with the good pop-up who failed...
when did u do the trick?i keep doing it but its not letting me do anthing after i select a county..may i doing it wrong?

I did it first about two hours after I took the exam on 1/6, and have done it a few times since then - still the good pop-up.Don't know how long to keep trying or even if it really really works...
I can't make a poll... I'm not sure why, probably something to do with my not posting much around here until recently. Someone that CAN make a poll... could you start one about the RESULTS of the PVT rather than just which pop-up was received?
Example:
In your experience, was the PearsonVue Trick accurate in predicting your NCLEX results?
- Yes, I got the good pop up and passed
- Yes, I got the bad pop up and failed
- No, I got the good pop up and failed
- No, I got the bad pop up and passed
PLEASE! I think most of us here that are very worried, as well as those that will come after us would VERY much appreciate the responses to that sort of poll.
I took Nclex today at 12:30. I got 75 questions. I checked Pearsonvue 2 hours later & it said "delivery successful" however, I couldn't bring myself to try to register until a couple of hrs after that. Anyway, I got the good pop up & am super excited but nervous about getting too excited yet. I'll let you know when I get the "official" results!
