Pearson Vue Trick-- Confused?? Help please

Published

Hi everyone,

Yesterday I took the NCLEX for the third time. I had all 265 questions and sat for 5.5 hours.

Right after I got into my car at 1:45pm I tried doing the Pearson Vue trick. I entered in my credit card information and everything hit submit twice. And got the good pop up; "You cannot create a new registration at this time..."

So I had a friend keep doing it for me every half hour so I had confirmation that this was true. I think total I did it 6 times in a span of two hours; I was relieved that I "unofficially" passed. At night I tried around 8:30pm to do the trick once more; put it in my credit card information and everything. I hit submit and my registration went through.. Mind you this is my third time taking this exam and the first two times I took it afterwards I did the trick and my money went through and failed. This third time I am unsure because I got the good pop up several times and then at night my money went though. I don't know if Pearson took my money because I did it too many times or that I just failed?

Please if anyone has information.. Let me know.

Thanks

I understand the frustration. However, there is nothing you can do but just wait for the results.

Also, PVT, though it has its flaws, isn't considered accurate until 48° after testing

If you had tried to give me $200 6 times in the span of two hours, I would have taken it the money too.

My guess is the "good pop ups" you received were based on the test you just completed. It didn't yet recognize that you had completed the test. Once the system recognized that you had completed and submitted the test, and that you didn't pass, the pop up changed to allow a new registration.
