Hi everyone,

I'm in the process of study for the nurse Procalc and the NLN entrance exam for PBCC fall nursing program.

I read on line that this school works on a point system

I was wondering if anyone who has been accepted to the program

(past/Present) student: HOW MANY POINTS DID YOU HAVE TO

WHEN ACCEPTED TO THE PROGRAM.

Anyone with info about the program, would be helpful.

hello, I did not get in . I will be taking a few classes this spring and re-apply. The cut off for this Spring was 25.08. Congrats to all of you who got in!!!!

Has anyone heard anything from Lake Worth? :confused:

I wanted to give a shout out to bblisa24, Im sorry you were denied for Belle Glade Spring. You were actually accepted the previous spring right? I hope you remain focused and dont get discouraged. Thank you for posting. Good luck in the Fall.

I have two friends who applied at Lake Worth, one of them had 26.17 and did not get in, the other one has 26.53 and has not heard anything yet. I am not giving up, last year I actually received a phone call , you never know, it might happen again this year, I am staying positive. I've also applied at PBA and South University, I am praying that I get in at either one.

Thanks for the reply bblisa24. Im keeping my fingers crossed for both of us! South U is building a new campus at Belvedere & 441 they say that they will offer the nursing program there. For South you must take the TEAS exam. Its a bit different than the NLN. Have you taken it yet?

I MADE IT IN FOR SPRING!!! Soooo excited!! Sorry to hear you didnt get in bblisa..... try taking the NLN again thats what I did this year and it paid off. Has anyone gotten an actual email yet from them?? My application says accepted for Belle Glade but I havent gotten the email yet??

No response from PBCC Lake Worth Spring 2010 nursing program just yet. I check everday (about three times). Eeek! The anxiety is getting to me.

I got into the Spring 2010 Lake Worth program. Haven't received an email yet, but my limited application status reads "Accepted Day Program". Hopefully the email arrives soon so we can start getting ready.

Has anyone else heard anything regarding the Lake Worth full time program?

I was denied for the third time. I have 25.6 points. The cut off was 25.97, such a bummer, yet again.:sniff:

Sorry to hear you didn't get in. I know how you feel. I was denied acceptance a few times before this one (paramedic, and other nursing schools). I was wondering how you knew the cutoff points for this term.

By the way, I had 28.28 points.
