Just recently I passed the board exam and I'm happy to announce that finally I am BSN/RN!!!!It's been two years since I graduated from nursing school. I took it 8 times but I'm not ashamed of it. So for those who haven't passed yet, I am a living proof that there's a chance and while you're still alive there's hope, okay! Btw, I didn't answer much questions this time maybe like 300-400 questions in all. Instead I concentrated on content review. I bought ABC of Passing the Nclex exam by Gapuz. For those who are preparing for the boards...GOODLUCK! If I passed...the more you will!!!
congrats dude....its not the number of times you took the exam but the important thing there is you passed already ......maybe if youre not lucky enough for the PHILIPPINE BOARD ...for sure youll be TAKE ONE in NCLEX exam...good luck....
HOP3 nclex rn in a flash by ray gapuz. the abc of passing nclex exam is a white one. I know u can bought that in the Phils and it cost P500 only
I did not use NCLEX RN in a Flash by Ray Gapuz (available at Barnes and Nobles). I used Mosby's Elsevier The ABC of passing the NCLEX-RN EXAM by Ray Gapuz. You can only buy it in the Philippines. Sorry for the confusion.
THANKS for this, It has been 2 years since I finished school also. I have failed 5 times, Mother got sick, I got sick, now my husband had a stroke. I had just given up, everytime I schedule my test something bad happens and my study habits went out the window. I am getting ready to study again and I am also going to study content more than questions. Anyone with ideals to help please let me know.
Great going new RN:nurse:

:yeah:
Perseverance is a virtue. I am glad you passed NCLEX. What worries, is whether you will get a job after two years out of school an no experience. I struggle for ten months to find a job. No one wants me to hire because I have no experience, and they don't want to accept me for new grad position, because I have graduated more than six months ago. Your attitude, however is a great encouragement. You showed that it is possible to get what you desire if you are determined. Congratulations.

Just to clarify, I graduated from NJ so I didn't have to take the local board in the Philippines.
